Cheaper price in the airport area

Almost next to terminal 5. But it cost 6 GBP per ride on POD between the parking and terminal 5. As POD system is very attractive transportation method for visitor, traveler, it should be free in case of staying the hotel.

Leaving.

This hotel is best avoided. Staff cant be trusted with what they say. Will quote one price, then charge another far higher. This didnt happen once but on every occassion. Rooms. Food on room service., Taxi to Airport, Drinks, were all quoted at one price but charged out far higher. When conronted with this their comment was "Sorry, we cant do anything about that now." I would definately not advise anyone to use the services of this Hotel, or if you do, get everything in writing and dont expecd clean rooms or for them to be adequately serviced if staying more than one night.

The layout of the hotel means long walks if your room is at the end of the corridor!!! Taxi fares from Terminal 5 are exorbitantly high, and the confusion with shuttle bus timetables only adds frustration!!!
